Project Overview
The Awareness Program on Prevention of Dowry and Child Marriage, implemented by Meghna Samaj Kalyan Sanstha (MSKS), is a social awareness initiative aimed at building public opinion against dowry practices and child marriage. These social problems severely affect the lives, rights, education, and health of women and children.
Through this program, MSKS conducts awareness sessions, discussions, and community meetings to educate people about the legal, social, and moral consequences of dowry and child marriage. The program emphasizes women’s rights, child protection, gender equality, and the importance of education.
By engaging local communities, youth, guardians, and community leaders, MSKS aims to create a strong social movement that discourages dowry and child marriage and promotes a safe, just, and equitable society.
